The Banshees of Inisherin (2022) is set on a remote island off the west coast of Ireland. Follows forever best friends Padraic (Colin Farrell) and Colm (Brendan Gleeson), who find themselves at a dead end when Colm unexpectedly ends their friendship. Aided by his sister Siobhan (Kerry Condon) and troubled islander Dominic (Barry Keoghan), they attempt to mend their relationship, refusing to go unanswered. But Padraic’s repeated efforts only strengthened his former friend, and when Colm gives a desperate ultimatum, Events quickly escalated with shocking consequences.
