He comes from a planet called ‘Pirica’ and comes to Earth to escape his planet’s PCIA army. At first, Doraemon and his friends are confused by Papi’s small size. But thanks to the “Little Light” gadget, they become small and play together. Papi blames himself for getting everyone involved. But he struggles to fight the PCIA army. Doraemon and friends travel to Pirika to protect Papi and his planet.
